Chaga Mushroom is a type of fungus that grows on the bark of birch trees. It can be taken in tea or supplement form. Some of its benefits include: slowing down the aging process, lowering blood pressure, controlling inflammation, supporting the immune system, lowering cholesterol, preventing cell damage, and lowering blood sugar.
